I'd been thinking about restarting my artblog and being really consistent about posting, but obviously just posting random sketches wasn't working. I mean, it's been since February *last* year. So, I thought that I would run with a theme: subjects that elude me, or things that I find hard to draw.
I've been drawing out of my head a lot in the past years, and it shows. Each time I post, I'm going to draw from reference something that I've noticed is lacking in my art. First on the list are wrists (hence the new blog title :D). I find that wrists can be very expressive, and I tend to not put as much time into them as I should, which ends up making my poses look stiff and awkward.
Oh, and I think I need to tackle hands next...
